Shipping

Once you’ve placed your order we aim to have it packed and dispatched within 3 working days (so long as items ordered are in stock). We ship worldwide and your order will be sent either by Royal Mail, or by a tracked, signed for service, depending on your location and selection. If you selected to use a tracked service, you may also receive your tracking number either on the day your order is dispatched, or by requesting it by email: info@kfsuk.com. All UK orders are now being sent with tracking.

We wanted to keep our shipping rates as simple as possible, so there are only a few rates for the UK, and then regional differences for areas around the rest of the world - the details of these are below. We also offer Free shipping on all orders in the UK of £125 or more, and Free shipping for orders over £300 for the rest of the world.

Express Tracked, (and under £125): £12.00

Over £125 (and Express Tracked): FREE

EU and selected non-EU European Countries Shipping (outside UK):

Tracked, (and under £250): £20.00

US/Canada/Japan/Australasia Shipping:

Tracked, (and under £300): £30.00

Over £300, (and Tracked): FREE

ROW Shipping:

Shipping to any other region not listed above (for orders under £300), will be subject to Shipping costs based on regularly fluctuating pricing options and shipping availability. These will vary from £25-£60 depending on location. Please contact us if you are trying to order from one of the locations we currently do not automatically ship to, and we can create an order for you: info@kfsuk.com

We do not ship to the following countries or regions: China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, and most African and South American countries, as well as other areas which are more challenging to ship to. If you wish to contact us regarding a specific order to one of these locations, we are happy to accommodate where we are able. Please email us: info@kfsuk.com with your requirements.

Event orders

Orders placed at events (either as a pre-order or as an order for an item not available at the show) may take a little longer to process. We will always try to process any orders from events within 3 working days from the end of the event, (unless items in the order are on pre-order, as these orders will then be processed in line with the release date.)

Pre-orders

Placing a pre-order means that you will be among the first to get our latest releases. Pre-orders will be dispatched once the pre-order period ends. Information about the pre-order period can be found on the product page.

Import Duties and Taxes

When shipping outside of the UK your order may incur additional import duties, charges, and taxes. You are responsible for paying these and Kit Form Services Limited cannot be held liable. Please check with your local authorities for details of what charges and duties to expect, before placing an order.
